Unlocking Potential (UP) Pathway
Building on the groundwork laid by the STARS initiative, the UP pathway extends the investment made by Rice in the Research Administration career path. The UP pathway is a three-pronged strategy to develop and maintain expertise in Research Administration at Rice.

The UP pathway is available to all staff upon successful completion of either STARS, or their probationary period with Rice (whichever comes first).
