Cambridge Meeting Spaces

The Cambridge Office Building (COB) offers several conference rooms available for campus-wide use, as well as additional meeting rooms reserved exclusively for building occupants. 

Reserving Conference Rooms

First-Floor Conference Rooms
  • All first-floor conference rooms are booked exclusively through the COB Receptionist.
  • Reservations are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Conference Room 110 is regularly used as a classroom and is unavailable from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Google Calendar access for all first-floor conference rooms is managed by the COB Manager. 
Shared Conference Rooms (Other Floors)
  • Shared conference rooms on other floors can be reserved via Google Calendar. 
  • The COB Manager assigns access levels for viewing or booking these spaces by user category.
  • Reservation requests should be submitted to the COB receptionist, who processes all bookings through Google Calendar. 

Note: Reservation guidelines may be updated periodically to improve processes and better support building occupants. 

Calendar Access for Departments

  • The COB Manager grants Google Calendar viewing access via Google Groups to departments that occupy COB.
  • Departmental administrative coordinators may reserve 4th-floor conference rooms directly for their departments.
  • Alternatively, departments may request reservations through the COB Receptionist.
